I believe therapy can make room for a more honest way of living.
I’m Andria, and I work with adults and couples navigating the tension between the life they have built and the life they want to be living.
My work is grounded in curiosity, honesty, relationship, and the belief that meaningful change often begins by paying closer attention to what no longer fits.
I came to this work after leaving a successful corporate career that no longer felt aligned with the life I wanted to live.
That experience changed the way I think about transition, identity, ambition, and the quiet ways we can become disconnected from ourselves while doing everything we are supposed to do.
It also shaped the kind of therapist I want to be. I am interested in what is happening beneath the surface, in the patterns that repeat, in the relationships that shape us, and in the choices that become possible when we slow down enough to notice what is true.
I know what it means to question a life you worked hard to build.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the corporate world. I understood how to perform, produce, solve problems, and keep moving. From the outside, that life looked successful.
Over time, I began to recognize that success and alignment were not the same thing.
Leaving that career was not a single moment of certainty. It was a process of paying attention to what no longer fit and becoming more willing to ask what kind of life I actually wanted.
That experience is part of why I am drawn to working with people who are capable, thoughtful, responsible, and carrying more than others may realize.
I understand that change can be complicated when the life you are questioning is also one you worked hard to build.
How I work.
Relational
I pay attention to what happens between people. The ways we learned to connect, protect ourselves, accommodate others, avoid conflict, or stay in control often make sense in the context of our relationships and histories.
Direct
I am warm, but I am not vague. I will be curious with you, name patterns when I notice them, and make room for conversations that may be difficult but important.
Context-Aware
I do not see your inner life as separate from culture, identity, family, work, history, or the systems you move through. Context matters.
Collaborative
I am not here to tell you what the right answer is. My role is to help you understand what is happening more clearly so you have greater freedom to decide how you want to live.
