Therapy for Professionals

A place to look at what is happening beneath the surface.

From the outside, your life may look like it is working.

You may have built a career you care about and become someone other people trust. You get things done. You are often the person others rely on.

And still, something may feel off. You might feel worn down, disconnected from yourself, or unsure why a life that looks good on paper does not feel the way you expected it to.

When Everything Becomes Something to Optimize

You do not need to turn yourself into another project.

If you are used to solving problems and getting things done, it can be easy to start treating yourself like something else that needs fixing.

Even rest can become something to do correctly. Relationships can become another thing to figure out. Therapy can get pulled into that pattern too and become one more place where you are trying to improve yourself.

That is not how I think about this work. I am not interested in helping you become more efficient at carrying a life that is already asking too much of you.

We can pay attention to what keeps happening and whether the ways you have learned to move through the world still fit the life you want.

You do not need another place to perform. Therapy can be a place where you get to pay attention instead.
In Therapy

What we may explore.

We can start with what is happening now and look at the patterns that keep showing up in your work, relationships, and sense of yourself.

The work will look different for each person. These are some of the places our conversations may lead.

Anxiety and chronic pressure
Burnout and exhaustion
Overfunctioning and boundaries
Perfectionism and self-worth
Identity and sense of self
Career and life transitions
Relationship and family patterns
Culture and expectations
